FORD NATIONALS - Proudly supported by major sponsor Bayford!....IT'S GOING AHEAD!!!!

With major sponsorship from the Bayford Group confirmed, the first all Ford Nationals at Calder is bound to be a huge hit! The day will compromise a Show and Shine combined with an afternoon of drag racing. The Show and Shine side of the day will be held inside the Thunder Dome and include everything Ford. Just imagine US Fords, Australian Fords, European Fords, Fords from all over the world.

Please note FPV Cars and Allan Moffat will unfortunately not be attending.

Drag racing for Fords will be from 12noon, other Street and Competition cars are welcome to join in later!

Trophies will be awarded for the following

- Best Mustang

- Best GT Falcon

- Best US Muscle car

- Best European Ford

- Fastest Ford

- Best Unrestored Ford

- Longest Distance Travelled

- Best Modified Ford

If you wish to drag race your vehicle, then the standard fees listed below apply. However should you wish to display your vehicle ONLY, prices will be as follows:

$10 - This will get the driver and vehicle in to display Ford vehicles only.

$25 - This will get the driver, vehicle and 1 passenger in to display Ford vehicles only.

$50 - This will get the driver, vehicle and 2 or more passengers in to display Ford vehicles only.

Gates Open:	10:00am
Spectators:	10:00am
Scrutineering:	10:00am to 6:00pm (approximately)
Racing:	12:00noon - 6:00pm (FORDS ONLY!)
	6:00pm - LATE (Any Street or Competition car can race)
Gates Close:	LATE

Please note that Calder Park has the right to cancel/postpone an event due to weather. Should this occur, a "Rain-Out Pass" will be issued to each competitor which is valid for 3 months and can be used at any Legal Off Street Drag meet. Unfortunately there will be no refunds provided. A "Rain-Out Pass" will ONLY be issued on the day of racing once Race Control has declared the meeting over. The pass MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING and you must be wearing your driver wristband in order to obtain a pass.

Ford Nationals Show and Shine is still on. Gates open at 10am for Show and Shine, Drag racing starts at 12 midday for Competion and Street cars.
