Following months of speculation, Monster Energy Australia have confirmed World Rally and viral video sensation, Ken Block, will be bringing his Gymkhana World Tour to Melbourne’s Calder Park for a one-off Australian show on Saturday, September 3. Be sure to check out the photos to the right of his first stop in Vienna!

The action sports icon, who will also contest the Australian round of the World Rally Championship, will bring to life the phenomenal action of his world-renowned Gymkhana video clips.

Held at Melbourne’s Calder Park Raceway, the September 3 event will be the first chance for Australians to see the rally ace and viral video superstar in action.

“This is going to be a very unique spectacle,”  Monster Energy Australasian Manager Adrian Hunter said. “We are creating a purpose-built course within the natural amphitheatre of Calder Park which will allow the public to watch Ken in action, up close.

“The event will also be showcasing the talents of our home-grown athletes such as the Monster Energy Showtime FMX Kawasaki freestyle motocross team, motorcycle stunt rider Matt Mingay and Pro Stock drag racing star Shane Tucker.

“For those that miss out on tickets to Calder Park there is still an opportunity to see Ken at the World Rally Championship event in Coffs Harbour,” Hunter continued.

Ken Block Monster Energy merchandise will be available for purchase on the day, which will also feature appearances by Monster Energy athletes such as Jamie Whincup, Shane Van Gisbergen and Andrew Thompson.
